(Infused) Sweet Chilli Salmon with Squash

After months on months of staying home, cooking, and ordering in.. You would think we would all lose some weight.
For the past few days, I have been working on incorporating less carbs in my diet.
So I put together a really quick and easy meal after the gym featuring some black-owned brands that I love to make this infused Sweet Chilli Salmon.
*Sweet Chilli Sauce from Flex Eatss ( your discretion its infused) 3 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil, divided 4 6-oz. salmon fillets patted dry with a paper towel Kosher salt Freshly ground black pepper 3 cloves garlic, minced
After 30 mins of Cardio and weight lifting, I made this meal the easiest way I knew how... in the oven. I washed and seasoned the squash with salt and pepper and added fresh garlic put it in the oven; (then the broiler for some razzle-dazzle).
First, I seasoned the salmon with the dry seasonings. Next, I mixed all the liquid in a separate bowl, rubbed it all over the salmon in a sexual manner, then placed it in the oven at 400 degrees for like 15-20 mins, (or until my ancestors told me it was time to stop).
